Permanently delete your Ready Deliveries account

This page explains how you can permanently delete your Ready Deliveries account and what happens to your data after deletion.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and any active services.

How to Delete Your Account

From the App

  1. Open the Ready Deliveries app
  2. Go to Profile → Account Settings
  3. Tap on Delete Account
  4. Select a reason, add an optional message, and tap Confirm Delete

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your personal information will be permanently deleted
  • Active orders and services will be cancelled
  • Transaction history may be retained for legal or regulatory requirements
  • You will not be able to recover your account

Deletion Timeline

Your account is permanently deleted immediately after confirmation. Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or regulatory obligations.
