How to Delete Your Account
From the App
- Open the Ready Deliveries app
- Go to Profile → Account Settings
- Tap on Delete Account
- Select a reason, add an optional message, and tap Confirm Delete
What Happens After Deletion
- Your personal information will be permanently deleted
- Active orders and services will be cancelled
- Transaction history may be retained for legal or regulatory requirements
- You will not be able to recover your account
Deletion Timeline
Your account is permanently deleted immediately after confirmation. Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or regulatory obligations.
